The water pressure is not strong enough. Is this normal?

Yes, it’s normal. The 1.8GPM flow restrictor (for U.S. energy compliance) and dual filters may reduce pressure. Low home water pressure can also affect flow. Try removing the restrictor (if allowed) or cleaning/replacing filters to improve it.

Will this shower set fit my existing shower arm? I’m not sure if the threading is compatible.

Before purchasing this shower head set, ensure the shower arm on the wall of your bathroom is the universal standard (G1/2 thread). Please feel free to ask for help from us, if you're still unsure about your current setup and we're always here.

How to deal with unexpected water leaks?

The main potential water leaks may occure at the connetion thread between the shower arm and 3-way diverter, the 2 ends of the shower hose. Check and ensure the pre-installed black anti-laking washers are place flat and tight. No much teflon tape.

The top showerhead seems a bit large for my shower space. Do you have any suggestions for fitting it in a smaller area?

We understand that shower spaces may vary, the larger top showerhead (size: 8 Inch) is designed to provide a luxurious, rain-like experience. If space is a concern, we recommend adjusting the angle of the showerhead to position it more comfortably.

How to ensure the shower head combo is secure and tight on the connection?

After connecting 3-way diverter to the shower arm, use a wrench to ensure the connection is tight and secure, please cover the connection with a towel before using a wrench in case of scratching the product
