Make sure to use the 30W original power adapter that came with the monitor, especially when connecting to phones/tablets/iPads, as these devices can not provide stable power.

Why doesn't it work when I connect the monitor with the USB-C to USB-C cable?

We offer two types of USB-C cables: USB-C charging cables (green logo) and USB-C video cables (blue logo). The cable you're using might just be a charging cable. Please use the one with the blue logo.

How portable is it? It looks large and sturdy, is it a bit heavy?
